Things You Ought to Know

What if what I need is not shown on the website?

The Store is constantly in the process of adding products to our inventory so please do not give up if it does not come up (yet). If the category for your item has been added to the store, it is very likely we have the item but have not yet populated the entry.  Please just call or send us an email and we will respond.

What if I have an emergency?

We handle Emergency and Expedited Requests every day and are fully staffed and logistically equipped for this.  There are usually additional fees and changes involved.

What about counterfeit and gray-market goods?

There are many discussions about bogus counterfeit goods and the dangers they represent.   The Store and its Vendor Network have vast experience in these areas and that is why each item is personally inspected by a certified technician. We have a no-counterfeit policy: everything you see on our site has been certified to be counterfeit-free, and if you think you may have received a counterfeit from us we will return it no questions asked.

Gray-market goods are often confused with counterfeit items, but these items are genuine items that became stale (on a job site, or a warehouse or as a factory spare).   The Store does sell these types of items, but each item is personally inspected by a certified technician to insure it is bona-fide.  All goods will be properly described.

I have seen lower prices on “new” & "reconditioned" from other websites?

The Store is a solution provider and hopefully your ultimate resource.   We are selling a safe certified product, not just a low price.

Many of those “other websites” do not offer “Factory New” nor can they provide any inspection or certified testing of their products.   Without proper questioning, these “other websites” can be misleading.  This is even more of an issue when purchasing "Reconditioned" or "Remanufactured" products.   They "other websites" are selling a price not a product.  As they say “Caveat Emptor”, the Buyer should always be aware!

Pricing posted on our website can be misleading if you have not registered.  Once Registered on the website, all customers will be subject to additional discounts and price rebates.  Additionally, we have several programs available for dealers, resellers, service shops, NETA companies and large industrials.

What if I’m having difficulties adding items to my cart? Contact us here and we can discuss other checkout solutions, some browsers may have cookies disabled and this might cause this issue.
Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax in Texas only.
I’m a tax exempt user (reseller, government entity, etc.) how do I pay? Register as a new user, fill out this form and we will set you up as a tax exempt purchaser.

 

Condition of Goods

Factory New

“Factory New” items are ordered direct from the original equipment manufacturer and traceable back to the factory (excludes 1E Safety Related Equipment).   

The Store (through its vendor network) is an Authorized Reseller for all Factory New products offered on the website.  Factory New products are sold with the factory warranty and testing and are subject to all the terms and conditions of the factory (including restock charges).

Surplus New

“Surplus New” items typically were not purchased direct from factory or the authorized distribution chain. 

Surplus New Items typically ship in the original factory box (except as noted).  Surplus New items are inspected and tested by a certified technician to insure their suitability for service.  

WARRANTY:  12 Months

Reconditioned

“Reconditioned” items have been reconditioned, partially remanufactured or otherwise recertified for service under an ISO approved process. 

All Reconditioned items will ship in proper packaging and will have been inspected and fully tested by a certified technician to insure their suitability for service.   Please see testing protocols for each item type.

WARRANTY: 12 Months

Remanufactured

“Remanufactured” items have been remanufactured or otherwise recertified for service under an ISO approved process. 

All Remanufactured items will ship in proper packaging and will have been inspected and tested by a certified technician to insure their suitability for service.   Please see testing protocols for each item type.

WARRANTY: 24 Months
